I would say he has some compensation coming. 11 months is long enough to lose everything.

If someone has spent that much time in jail, and he found not guilty, the state needs to compensate them greatly.

We don’t have a justice system, we have an injustice system.

@JustinkaseOG If someone is in jail without bond or is unable to post bond and they are found not guilty, the state should compensate them $10,000 per day that they are locked up.

What wasn't said was, if Danny had a job, it's gone, if he had a car payment, car repo'd, if he had credit card debt, his credit is ruined, if he was in school, dropped from classes, if he paid rent, he now has an eviction on his record and his stuff, sidewalk. This is America...

They do that to pressure a plea bargain. Every time.

If u were Danny I'd sue for all the lost wages I could have made in 11mo.

Excellent, we like that guy. I have some gnarly county jails stories. 9 days and 15 states to move me from Kansas to Colorado for one example. Now that people know it favors free masons , pedophiles and jews. Not too many people will show up for court if needed. It's all a corrupt system. New methods needed.

I was Danny when I was 31. First arrest. Felony. Didn't do it. No money to make bond. Had to sit there. 1 year and 2 weeks. Never once went to court. Got out after 1 year and 2 weeks on OR bond. 3 months later charges were dropped. That year+ killed me. Lost everything.

Happened to me. Accused of a crime I didn’t commit. Spent 3 months in jail. Then 11 on house arrest. Couldn’t even go for walks to get exercise. I gained 60 lbs. Not guilty. 14 months. Gone. Was told I wouldn’t win if I sued. Life just had to go on.

In the United States anymore, you are guilty until proven innocent. I waited a year to see a courtroom because the judge quit showing up. I spent a year on probation awaiting court over a charge that was bullshit and I was railroad. I was arrested by a dirty cop

@ViKu1111 Exact thing happened to my brother in law. Falsely accused of rape. Rotted in a county jail til the girl’s mother convinced them it was made up. Nothing happened to the false accuser but my brother was ruined and never the same. Started using and was dead a couple years later.

Guilty until proven innocent in the US

Modern American prosecutors and judges are 99% human garbage. They seemingly face absolutely zero repercussions for knowingly bringing false charges against those who are later found not guilty (or for releasing those who are obviously guilty, for that matter.)

Sounds like guilty until proven innocent. Many say this over and over like it doesn't exist. It IS REAL. If you can't post bail or are given the option for bail, you rot away in county until the courts "have time" to process you. Happens every single day. Nothing done about it.

But in county you still know that your case will be resolved usually within a year if that’s your only case and it’s a state or county charge. So you don’t have a definite number of days left but you still know it’ll be resolved usually within a year.

Same shit happened to me in Dallas county they put me in county at 16 years old. I sat for 11 months . They wanted me to take 5 years for agh robbery. Case dismissed. They transferred me to juvenile and let me out the next day. 11 months gone it fucked me up.

I spent 4 months in jail for a crime I didn't commit. If you find yourself in this situation, I highly recommend you remind your grand jury if you can. It's the quickest way out the door. It sucks. It destroyed my life. But we move on.

I started doing time at 15 I didn’t get done until 29 . Sorry to tell ya bud but Danny was weak and let the system play with his head . I have been guilty as shit and played my hand and went to trial and got everything dismissed. Knowing I was guilty. Your break or overcome.

This is why the attitude that too many police have on arrest and “let the courts figure it out” is wrong - arresting someone is very damaging

@ViKu1111 The "crime" is that most attorneys are never taught how to actually receive justice and true remedy for this. There are so many individuals that touched Danny's case that need to be removed from the privilege of serving due to maladministration.

The process IS the punishment....and people become too comfortable in wielding their temporary power. All will be held accountable, not by men...someone we'll all bend the knee too eventually.
