Kufr no. 1: “Remember that you pledged in front of Allah & History in the preamble of the Charter” 1. Placing History as a co-witness alongside Allah in receiving the pledge 2. UN Charter’s preamble as the binding standard — the source of obligation, the measure of right & wrong

Kufr no. 2: “World Peace and International Security” as the Supreme Value He places “world peace and international security” in the position of the supreme value to which the international community owes allegiance, using the word siyādah (sovereignty/supremacy) for this concept

While in reality all sovereignty & dominion belongs to Allah alone “وَجَعَلَ كَلِمَةَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا السُّفْلَىٰ ۗ وَكَلِمَةُ اللَّهِ هِيَ الْعُلْيَا”

Kufr no. 3: “The Day of ‘adl or dhulm / haqq or bātil” He places the UN’s decision as the arbiter of justice/injustice and truth/falsehood This is the legislative shirk in its most naked form — human deliberation replaces divine revelation as the source of moral categories

Do you think you have more fiqh of the deen and its applications than these men such that they were all committing kufr when praising saudi, affirming its islam, etc?
