Eat more sugar! 😎

According to this guy people are eating 1/2 lb of sugar a day. right

same goes with salt we eat 3-6x the amount of salt need every day

Considering that food makers pump everything with sugar, not always the easiest thing to avoid sugar. 🤷♂️🤷♂️

That is why the world has more obese people. I use to down a 12 pack of Dr. Peppers daily. Now I consume 1 can a month. I've lost a huge amount of weight.

Another racist scientist

What I am way under the average amount of average sugar requirement! time to eat some cake.

hmm, guess that’s where americans’ obesity nowadays came from…

Not surprising in the least. Look at any packaged food; there's always sugar, almost always more than actually needed. This stuff is specifically engineered to trigger your dopamine receptors so you keep buying it - mostly through added sugar/corn syrup

Our entire food system is broken. Hunt, or grow what you can. Shop from local farmers markets whenever possible. This entire country is hooked on sugar, and most don’t even realize it.
