That is why the world has more obese people. I use to down a 12 pack of Dr. Peppers daily. Now I consume 1 can a month. I've lost a huge amount of weight.

Not surprising in the least. Look at any packaged food; there's always sugar, almost always more than actually needed. This stuff is specifically engineered to trigger your dopamine receptors so you keep buying it - mostly through added sugar/corn syrup

Our entire food system is broken. Hunt, or grow what you can. Shop from local farmers markets whenever possible. This entire country is hooked on sugar, and most don’t even realize it.
