I don't think so. All "elites" need customers with money to buy products and services. So in the long run people will work less or not at all and still get an income. Paid by the productivity of the robots. Make sure you invest in companies who build those robots.

I was told when I was young by clever people that in my future, robots were going to make life much easier. They failed to tell me that the 'powers to be' want to replace me with a robot AI because I have a human tendency requiring, sleep, food, housing, transport, entertainment
