You make them yourself you could start at sim labs for cockpit, build a computer with powerful graphics card, look up osw sim racing wheel, look up racing button boxes. Check out some iracing forums. Do research build it your self save anyone of cash

You can buy a real race car and actually have fun. For less than what that cost. Get out and live for real man.

That setup is probably like 4-5k if you do it right but he almost certainly paid 6-10 or more
