the narrations of 6-9 are questionable and shows different narrations and historians leading to different conclusions about her age , and there's some evidences if you know how to search about her age being above that , don't forget too humans was built different in the past...

according to al-Tabari , Abu Bakr's daughter, Aisha, was born before 610 AD (before the revelation of Islam) Some even say that she was born in 609, Prophet Muhammad married Aisha about one year after the migration, around 623/624 AD, which would put her age at around 15
