Is this gonna affecting the soil beneath it? Or why it didn’t have plane for applying to it?

Just had leveling done on a slab area that had sunken about an inch since it was done about 6-years ago. The warranty is 5-years. Cost about $2,500 for that one including stabilizing the rest of the walkway. The estimator said they won’t come out for less than $2,500. 🤨 Better believe that if it sinks again I’ll wain until before the warranty expires and have them repair it.
