If the @MayorofLondon chairs @TfL, which has ad contracts with @global (owner of @LBC), and he gets only soft interviews on LBC while critics are ejected from Global-hosted events, is that not a conflict of interest? Public office shouldn’t buy media protection.

Sadiq Khan’s posts are carefully worded to pander to his base, and he’s clearly not interested in hearing what the rest of the population thinks, so he’s switched replies off. Probably because honest feedback would wreck his carefully controlled image. He governs like an activist, not a leader. Many Labour MPs are doing the same, switching off replies or outright blocking anyone who challenges their ideology.
