A living ladybug found in someone’s transverse colon during a colonoscopy

Amazing video! Ladybugs (ladybird beetles) fold their hindwings in an origami- like pattern under the hard elytra (outer wing cases). Researchers in 2017 replaced the elytra with transparent artificial ones made from UV-cured resin to finally observe the process. The wings use curved vein shapes (like a tape measure) for stiffness in flight and elasticity when folding, plus abdominal movements to tuck them in.

Just couldn't leave that ladybug alone huh

The Master Artist of the universe never leaves the smallest creature unfinished. Beneath the ladybug’s tough shell waits a silent masterpiece of engineering wings folded with divine precision, ready to unfold in one flawless motion. To witness it is to feel humbled in an instant: in this humble insect, the Creator’s tender, brilliant touch reveals itself with breathtaking clarity.

And why don't you show the actual fucking video instead of this ugly ass animation, unless you lying

The engineering behind those wings is insane. It’s like nature’s own origami.

You did what to a lady bug!?

And yes some people think that there is no creator for this world !!

Cenabı hakk ne güzel yaratmış

Why am I seeing all this

Science

That's incredible! It's fascinating how much detail is hidden in something so small. Who knew ladybugs had such a cool secret?

Amazing 🤩

How much did they waste on doing that

Wow, watching those ladybug wings unfold so fast is mesmerizing. I never realized insects had such natural engineering .

Hmm strange

need @grok's take

Pretty sure they could just cut them and not replace them to see the wings underneath

Essentially just origami wings

@beribug_

Should be the invention

amazing video

Wow

@juminopie

Did it hurt the lady tho?

Hey @grok how long does a ladybug usually lives?
