1. Stop taking in immigrants. 2. Bar the UCLA from suing municipalities from putting drug addicts and homeless folk into rehab/mental health services 3. Charge companies tbat artificially inflate mortgages and rents with monopoly and antitrust crimes. 4. Prohibit lobbying.
