This is fucking bullshit ICF is way more expensive then a wood framed home

This is misleading. ICF block construction is at a minimum twice as expensive as traditional wood frame. Done right it’s a much better product and produces a very energy efficient home but you will pay a price for it.

How is cement house in the US cheaper then a wood house? This looks a lot better than those cardboard houses….

We have 3d printed homes, now we move onto phase two.....adult lego homes!

Untill a hurricane named after a woman comes knocking

ICF’s are not cheaper.

you already live in cardboardbox houses. how do you go even cheaper?

@grok validate the above claim

Who said playing with Lego all day wasn't going to amount to anything?

😏

Expensive and you can't run wiring in the walls. This isn't happening for residential homes.

BS. $50k is BS

This method of building construction is the opposite of what modern Chinese people do. The Chinese used to put concrete on the outside and expanding foam on the inside!😂😂😂

型枠自体を外壁にしちゃうのね。

Very cool.

I’ve hear it comes out slightly more expensive than traditional methods when all is said and done.

Oh don't worry, I'm sure the government will ban anything that makes housing affordable.

Fire resistant 🤣 tell that to the fire fighters when they have to do search and resue when the house burns down. Thats probably adding more hazardous respiratory problems after rescuing those people from the fire. 🔥🏠🏡
