The rice crust so perfect

no gloves?

This is absolutely not how sushi is served in Japan. This is some over the top idiocy for social media.

Hold up so they just burn the rice and throw half of it away?

Touching with Bare hands…..what a gross thing

Japanese sushi is prepared with with bare hands and no one questions it, you put a video up of an Indian serving a soda with no gloves and the entire comments are about how unsanitary it is.

Is this cooked or half cooked or raw?

Why did bro just throw out that tahdig!?

I think Japanese people are the only people I have zero problems with serving food with they’re bare hands

I want the outer crusty rice... what did he do with it?

@grok what restaurant in japan served this kind of food? what is the name of the dish?

Brauche

This is not how sushi is served in nearly any of Japan. You might see this if you're going to a Michelin starred sushi restaurant.

Nasi yang gosong jangan dibuang.. Dijemurrrr saampai kering, trus digoreng, trus ditaburi sejumput garam.. Enak banget!

What kind of dish is trying to be prepared? And which restaurant is serving these kind of dishes?

Fingernails have to go, so gross.

Is the facial expression part of the method 😃

I stopped eating raw since a couple of years ago.

That presentation is absolutely stunning! The precision and artistry involved in serving it like that is truly next level.

This is Japan ladies and gentlemen Even the food has a different shape and flavor and we still haven it succeeded in making good food

And eaten like this in India

Long nails?

Nasi intip doang

do they not have gloves over there? nasty people

I'll try this delicacy soon

I can spend hours ordering sushi in that restaurant
