Works really well. Problem is keeping the area clean.

Or you spend about a quarter of that price and use the original non-suture wound sealing method... cyanoacrylates, AKA Super Glue. Worked in Vietnam, still works today. Or for the same price as 1 of those, get a 10 pack of Dermabond, the modern laceration adhesive use in ERs.
