How the hell is Rick Springfield 76 years old?

I've told this story on here before but when my son was young he thought he and Rick Springfield were best friends. We watched 13 Going On 30 and the Jesse's Girl video. He decided to write Rick a letter telling him he's a good enough looking guy he can get his own girlfriend. I sent the letter. Then I come home to a huge box of Rick merch. I thought my son had stole my card and bought it. His merch guy told me they hung the letter up in the office. There was a concert near our town and he asked if we were going. I got us tickets. I was very pregnant. I told him where we were sitting. During the concert Rick walks out on the chairs and came over to us. He pointed at my son and gave me a thumbs up. Then he pretended to fall on me and bumped my belly with his butt. A week later I went into early labor. A year or so later I went to a charity event. He was there. I asked him if he would autograph a picture for my son and say "To my best friend". He said ok what's his name. When I told him he started laughing and said "I love that kid! Good looking enough to get your own girlfriend."
