Not good to play with the nature. Humans may think they have conquered the nature. It’s never the case. You may have taken 5 years to build this or 10 years for any back bay reclamation. If nature decides, it won’t take 10 mins for it to take everything back into the sea. That too with compound interest. One tsunami and it’s over.
