It was a test drive so it was definitely going to increase the speed at a point, this’s a video of an eye witness saying the train was speeding

I said this yesterday that this is just settings. A way to cash out, either from repairs or insurance. Nothing makes sense. Who in his right senses authorised a test run when the trains radar system is not yet installed!? And didn’t they do a rail inspection before the test?
