Recaps should be Outlawed, until they are all recapped like Aircraft tires.

Im many states it is NOT legal to sell retreds because these tires have a habit of trowing off the new glued on tred & creating hazardous conditions on the road as well as hazards of driving a car that throws off the tred.

Retreads should be banned. They are dangerous and are left littering the interstates when they eventually come off.

People are killed every year from recaps flying off. Had a friend years ago get decapitated on a motorcycle from a recap.

Yeah those are th3 crwppy tires you see shredded all over the freeway semis use. If you have them on your vehicle and have a blow out it destroys the side of your car a big piece gets stuck to the tire and starts flapping around denting and scratching the hell out of your car

I would never allow a company's fleet to run these. You're putting not only your driver's life and your cargo at risk, but those of innocent civilians. Retreads are a massive no go and should be barred worldwide.

Had one of theses come off infront of me going down the interstate. It did significant damage to the front of my truck

I have seen retreads peel like an orange, and most, if not all companies who haul hazmat loads exclusively (fuel transport for example), require tires be virgin and not retreads due to the possibility of failure. Those huge chunks of tire you see on the interstate are retreads that failed.
