I think all that coke was wasted. Once you add all those spices and fry the wings that flavor will not come through.

Is the coke cleaner than their water or something?

It would be nice and hygienic if the cooks were to wear food gloves while handling the food to assure germs and other filthy things don't cause stomach problems, viruses, food poisoning, etc.
