That’s the only other time I’ve felt anything remotely like this—where the truth is so obvious almost immediately, yet masses of people fall for the lie. And keep falling for it. In Los Angeles, the response to COVID went on for two straight years without stopping. It was a constant battle, and it was exhausting. This feels just like that. But I pray it’s shorter lived.
