I received the sudden cancellation notice only for return flight then couldn’t see any replacements. So, I called you but no answer then I requested refund via system but also no update so far… I have big concern whether you really refund me or not.

Imagine taking the time to try and call, and you just automatically hang up after 30 mins. Disgusting.

Check your email guys. And also check your spam. I received email from MAS and managed to request a refund for my cancelled flight. Yeah its a bit of a bummer that my flight was cancelled but what to do since this shortage is affecting other airlines also.

Kalau tak dpt email, buat mcm aku just go direct to their website and check your ‘my booking’ section. Can also change flight via that method yourself instead of waiting all day
