This video demonstrates different viscosities of engine oil, including 0W-40, 5W-40, 10W-40, and 15W-40. It's very helpful in understanding how oil performance changes at different temperatures. This video is very informative for car users.

Use what the manufacturer recommends. It’s a misconception the W stands for winter, its weight. It’s resistance to flow at a given temperature, the number is its viscosity. Change oil every 5k miles, use synthetic in the weight the manufacturer recommends and it’ll last forever, well longer. Especially if you have a turbo!

I tried to buy some standard 30 weight oil for my lawn mower and was told 10W30 is the same. Is that true?
