To decrease inflammation, focus on a whole-foods diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and omega-3 fatty acids, while limiting processed foods, sugar, and unhealthy fats.

Too much processed foods, dyes, glyphosate and sugar and not enough healthy fats and Whole Organic Foods . Our diet is killing us.

So how do we decrease it? I struggle with this daily. Anything I eat inflames my guts

You could ferment onions or take you some ginger, turmeric, pepper, and honey, put it in a blender till it simplifies and take a shot of it morning and night
