Too much processed foods, dyes, glyphosate and sugar and not enough healthy fats and Whole Organic Foods . Our diet is killing us.

Therefore the treatment or cure is to improve your gut bacteria, thereby improving your immune system. The quickest way is a Probiotic, I think🤔. I recently learnt about Lactobacillus Salivarius and its amazing benefits. Just saying.

You could ferment onions or take you some ginger, turmeric, pepper, and honey, put it in a blender till it simplifies and take a shot of it morning and night
