A few things: 1. Lockdowns are a random spawn, killing UESC does not increase the chances of it spawning 2. The card you find with the blue ping is specifically to disable the data corruption field, there’s a switch you can press right next to the lockdown chest 3. The key you use for the chest is right next to the chest usually 4. You do not need to find the HEC card or the Lockdown key again after doing the first lockdown. Just go to the chest immediately

1. Yep! I've been in games where we killed the entire lobby + UESC and it did not spawn, and games where we snuck around the entire time and it spawns. It's random 2. The blue ping for the card *is* specifically for the button to disable the data corruption field. You can find the card for the chest sitting next to the chest.
