For me, putting the shirt back on and off in cas fixed it, def a jump scare when I loaded into sims and saw pants and no torso

Now noted! The jump scare was crazy!!

@themintsimmer for me sometimes what fixes it is saving, exiting to main menu, click load save then load into the household from the map.

another way is to change their body preset in cas and it should fix and you can change it back after

@themintsimmer Ooh no , if that happened . Don’t saved the game and try again… or travel alone. The last resort is to delete all your cc sliders

@themintsimmer No i was suggesting if you made your sims travel without using the cheat, wouldn’t it work as well just like it did with the second sim I haven’t played Sims 4 for a long while
