if you play competitive games most of the time you need the CPU and disabling Hardware acceleration takes the load from GPU to CPU so turn it on / keep it on ffs can we finally learn how it works

Hardware acceleration takes load off cpu and puts some towards gpu, so turning it off uses more cpu. So in a game that is cpu based, like valorant, turning off hardware acceleration will do the opposite of what you claim. Turning it off will only help with gpu based games not val

Bruh how does this have 5k likes, alot of multiplayer games are cpu intensive , turning gpu accel off in discord results in higher cpu load , so dont turn it off, i feel like dude hasnt tested it or has a decent pc build so it doesnt make a difference for him
