My Mental Health Routines and Tools (Includes Extensive Resources)

Meditation is a difficult habit to start… but the control over your mind it brings will make you not want to stop.

i always enjoy being accidentally in sync with tim :)

I have been meditating now for two years every day, and I proudly say it has made a better human, partner and friend.

A lot of people believe meditation to be something very difficult to get into. Something they need to make time for. One approach to meditating is simply not doing anything or not having any thoughts. But since that's no so easy, practically a great way to begin is just being mindful and being present in the moment. Not multitasking is also a good starting point.

It makes people psychologically to go for the meditation. We are wired DNA as humans for connection.

I think the meditation part keeps rumination at bay better than just not doing anything That said, sometimes you just gotta do nothing

Muslims pray 5x times a day for a reason.

Thank you Tim! I think it's the most often asked question, at least in my practice.

For me what also works often - just taking a slow breath. I'm almost always one breath away from a completely different perspective.
