Repeated dreams of my buddy being blown up by grenades. Wish the hell that would go away. I will try thank you.

nostalgia is the best feeling ever

More of this, love the format. Quick and easy to understand. Thanks

Interesting. My nervous system is impaired. I’m trying to figure out why, but living in constant hyper vigilance for decades didn’t help! Any stress triggers episodes of severe body aches, brain fog, and fatigue. I had to learn to control my thoughts and worked some stuff out.

I have so many.

Here are some notes on Dr.Peterson's podcast on AI if you haven't, or don't want to watch the full podcast.

I forgot this is what Jordan does best. Fighting evil on twitter is just the side gig.

This is true. In my belief system, what anxiety is, in its essence, is simply an overwhelming response to a sense of a loss of control. Most of my work with anxiety patients involves empowering them to illicit a fight response in the occurrence of an anxiety attack. This involves a blend of psychoanalytical, CBT, and behavioral interventions to get them to a point where they now react with an open body posture. From there onwards, you notice their confidence gradually build up to the point where the anxiety itself goes away and they are no longer "anxiety patients". It's truly immaculate.

EMDR therapy helped me with those

Yeah, it sucks.

More of this! Less culture commentary.
