She parks n neighborhood s and has been caught leaving bottles with piss in them and shit in plastic bags where she parks . One night she was parked at Albertsons and the guys where there cleaning the parking lot with a blower and a street sweeper truck . The US Navy does freedom of navigation patrols - they exercise their rights to go wherever it's legal to go - simply to support the legality of the same. Failing to exercise rights CAN lead to losing them under law. Period. People must keep exercising their rights. Period.
