I agree w/ him except his premise is weak & to me, very wrong, it's specious. How? Breaking up & feel like "I should end it all." is not idolatry. Were you to end it, then yes, you'd be placing your ex higher than God. But by not doing so, you're defeating idolatry. 1/?
