I swear this guy is real. Fact check the dangote refinery ipo I heard from someone that those billionaires like femi otedola are buying the shares in lesser amount than what is sold to the public like a discount in percentages or something.

Same way Dangote did. There was a private allotment for the likes. Otedola. The shares were sold 14 naira cheaper or so. This means immediately the share was opened to the public those on the private team were already cashing out. Otedola invested about $100m and made $ 1.4m
