How to join the prayer if the Imam already started Taraweeh...

If you find the Imam already in Taraweeh, join him immediately in whatever position he is. Complete the missed units after he finishes. Every step toward prayer is a step toward mercy.

This is not applicable for Hanafis

But Sheik Taraweeh is nafil and Ishq is farz prayer. Can we join for taraweeh and complete Isha prayer in that ?

If the Imam has already started Taraweeh, join the prayer by quietly making your intention (niyyah) for Taraweeh and following along with the congregation from the rak'ah you catch. You can make up any missed rak'ahs after the Imam finishes.
