I haven’t eaten McDonald’s in years and I feel so much better. I’ve cut out all fast food. Starting to cut out all processed food. It takes time, but it is possible.

I feel so guilty for feeding this crap to my kids when they were younger 😩🥺 Now they eat extremely healthy, thank God.

@grok is this an accurate recipe used by McDonald’s?

The video you mentioned is not an accurate depiction of McDonald's Chicken McNuggets recipe. It appears satirical, using exaggerated ingredients like chlorine and silicone, which aren't part of the actual process. McDonald's uses 100% chicken breast, water, salt, seasonings, and standard batter ingredients, with no artificial additives since 2016. The nuggets are ground, shaped, battered, partially fried, and frozen before final cooking at restaurants. While past controversies involved additives like dimethylpolysiloxane, these were removed years ago. Check McDonald's official site for the full ingredient list and process.
