Actually, the best way is to document incidents with dates, times, what occurred and who was around and bring your list of examples to HR. If you don't come with specific examples there's still not a lot they can do.

A good HR Team is not threatened by any of this. If you aren't presenting your case properly, they will ask you the right questions to get to the details. You can whisper or yell from the rooftops - if you don't have documentation or proof you have no case. #DocumentEverything

lololol this shit almost never works and most likely it’ll backfire. i had a colleague who was denied a promotion who clearly deserved it and he did all that shit in the video and took it to the top top. afterwards the company changed all job description and requirements for future positions and this person got screwed. now because of golden handcuffs he is stuck as fuck a weak cause he took back his resignation letter and now we know he can’t go anywhere else. i personally am rooting for him but you fuck with HR and they will fuck you over.

Best believe your manager is on the other end after the conversation. The more threatening you sound trying to speak their language the more they coming up with ways to fire your professional ass🤣🤣🤣

pussy move, call the head of corporate HR and tell them I will only tell you about a problem twice then I will contact the CEO and forward all the documentation and emails I have sent to you. Lets see who has a job after that email and social media post frenzy

And EEO is not your friend, either. Go to them with an attorney already on retainer and your complaint and documentation ready to go.

Dude, if someone is in this situation and follows this advice... guaranteed they'll get buried in compliance. Novel concept - some employers don't document out of convenience. But by all means, place them on their heels to document everything you're doing and have done wrong. If that's not the problem... by all means. But by all means, realize some people might just be asking to be terminated with cause. All documented.

My managers failed on 3 different occasions to write me up because I use policy and their lack of to protect myself as well as documenting everything. Meetings with managers & email my overview of the meetings. I’d rather be a target that defends himself than one that can’t.

Also document on your end as well. MY mother made complaints to HR, they said they made a document. When she made a lawsuit it suddenly didn't exist. She was smart enough to record the calls and emails which completely won her the case.

Wait until you mention you are filing an OSHA complaint and it gets real. OSHA lets you report anonymously (they protect your identity), triggers a government investigation, and any violations become public record. Way more serious than internal HR. Document everything.

Nope, only lawyers fix problems. If you are being harassed or discriminated against, don't let them know you're suing them just do it!

HR here, and my advice is do your own documentation as well. If your HR is ethical they’ll want to document it for their files. Request a copy of that documentation. Keep your receipts people, specific dates, times and potential witnesses. And if it’s written all the better.

Protip: if you need to go go HR, you should leave the company. You are now a risk to the company, and they will mitigate that risk at your expense.

It's about wasting everyone's time, as many people as possible and as much time as possible and to be as disruptive as possible to as many people. No one is safe. Your the problem so let's make it everyone else's problem. More fool them for hiring you, especially on a permanent
