Painter tape. Put it on the back pop holes in the tape where the holes are. Take the tape off put it on the cabinet.

Another trick I saw years ago was to stick the power strip on a photocopier and print out a copy of the back. Then you just stick that on the wall and put the screws where the holes are.

Not neccessarily in that order ... feel free to unplug it before screwing around
