I think its due to living in nature and being around earths natural frequencies and not insanely high frequency electromagnetic radiation fields. Except your phone of course, but you’re also grounding yourself and the high frequency overly charged ions in your body are being sucked right into the earth. It’s a great antioxidant and reduces inflammation in your body. Stay in nature like God made us to live within.

Prepare for winter. Be grateful for today. Your idea of think in years will be in conflict of you’re never promised tomorrow. I like it cause it reminds me of the predestined Gods’ plan while also having free will issue. Sometimes there is comfort in paradox. (It’s God stuff)

Great point. Most depression is fixation on the past and most worry is fixation on an unwritten future, yet being close to nature and working with it instead of against is so grounding because it lays the foundations for a more certain furture built on self dependency.

Absolutely, perspective is way more important than circumstance.
