How to prevent simple Red Zone interceptions for the #Packers

Need Kurt in the coaches room next season

This is great analysis, really helpful and fun to watch. Thx Kurt

This was a really cool breakdown I enjoyed very much. Play sucked but those breakdowns are awesome

Yep, that’s been a problem with Matt. Too many times there are dummy TEs or dummy RBs out wide; and I’ve always wondered why those boundary CBs, don’t cheat inside. And this time they did, and got em. Now it’s on film.

Great breakdown 👍🏻

This is the kind of play Rodgers would’ve thrown down the sideline to Smith for a TD for the exact reasons you set out. He always thought one level above, one move ahead

*Literally any other qb throws an interception* Kurt Benkert Mina Kimes and Dan Orlovsky: “haha this guy sucks ass and also cheeks” *Jordan Love throws an interception* Kurt Benkert Mina Kimes and Dan Orlovsky: “Love is the best qb all time and this interception defies physics”

Do you think J Love could have checked with 18 here to have him run a different route to the outside? If 18 runs a 5-7 yard out, that DB would have to go with him leaving Golden wide open up the seam?

Why not have another WR vs TE in this play?

Packers / Rodgers fan here, recently had some dime lab balls signed and shipped to Hawaii (thanks Kurt!!) Amazing breakdown, so correct! Ik MLF and Kurt have some beef l but it would be amazing to have Kurt on the packers staff as an assistant QB coach. Would help us win!!

@DonP757

A situation where not having Reed came back to hurt us

What about decoying to Golden and throwing to Smith?

I love your perspective!

1st way is to have no flag on a 1st down run call.

You should be the new play caller

Run the ball?

Can you run our offense?
