Just hold your breath until you pass out. It's a great way to improve your cardio

I go full on Zen mode when I run (after the first mile-ish). No music. No thoughts. Just listen to the ocean/birds/cars/sirens and space out for an hour.

When you running and jogging you should always shut your mouth and take breath by your nose only, because just like that you will be fatigue free at the long time and can run fast like that but if you running and jogging with your mouth open you will fatigue soon thanks 🙏🏻

That’s kinda crazy I just randomly thought to do something similar. I do two short breaths in and two short breaths out, and it helped me run way longer. (I hate long distance)

Another benefit of Fire Cadets in High school, figured this out while studying the circulatory/cardiovascular system and anaerobic vs. aerobic cellular operation. Just made sense to help expel excess toxins created by the metabolic processes occurring inside the cells during excersize.
