Have you ever watched a comedy scene escalate from zero to a hundred this fast?

One interesting tidbit I found from this conversation which revolves around the classic Kushi is how an actor can change the total scene when it comes to comedy For example, the comedy in the scene from First Day First Show didn’t work but if an actor like Naveen Polishetty delivers the same line - it would work. It reflects how a rare potential Naveen is - he can make any comedy scene work. Not everyone is as gifted as him

Leslie Nielsen, ‘The Naked Gun’…this is how you build a scene of pure comedy gold in a, wait for it, absurd climax! Leslie crushes it here. From serious actor to later comedy genius, I felt his loss massively. RIP, legend

A scene from Jerry Lewis' last great movie, Smorgasbord (1983). Never gets old, classic comedy.
