My problem that I carry is karma that I created. I hold on to the bad things that I'VE done. I still have guilt of things I've done in my past and people I've hurt. Im trying desperately to forgive myself and forget about these things to no avail🫤

She is a gem, but I disagree with her wording here, and her take on trauma. I mean, telling folks to “get over” “life-changing events, rarely goes over well. Furthermore, addressing our karma is how we evolve. We have to learn the lessons necessary to move forward or repeat.
