Running several agents on one project is where it gets real. What fixed it for me: every agent gets its own lane, and they all append to one shared log. Most of the chaos is two agents editing the same file at once.

This is the real split now. Code is cheap. A shared picture of the system is not. Generating the diagram from the repo is the easy part. The valuable part is editing it, then handing that same artifact to people and agents so both are working from one map. If the diagram is only a screenshot of last week’s code, it becomes another stale wiki. If it stays in the loop, it starts to replace the spec.
