1/x Superb video. Ive been doing the same except starting from data. So I’m at the point of: - Facebook scale RDS (I could literally configure / deploy in 15 minutes right now - toggles for min / med / large scale) - simple structured api and a process for auth / middleware

My upcoming release of "Cinematic AI" has made me think about how bodies of work are formed. I think some are manifested and some are revealed. I think "Cinematic AI" falls into the latter category. It was not something I had a clear vision for and then created, but it was something that was revealed to me over time. I thought I saw a glimmer of it early on, but only after some time had past, could I see the body of work emerge. With a bit more context and watching great artists and how they work and think, it finally came to me that this series of 15-20 pieces that I had created could be a worthy collection to mint. AI art has been going through so many transformations from the early GAN work to Collaborative AI to now AI being widely accessible through platforms like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, and many others. But one area that I have seen explode in recent months is cinematic AI. I distinguish this from animated AI, which has been around for a while, but cinematic AI is where the movements created by AI are getting closer to what you'd see in a movie or captured on a video camera. It still has a long way to go but it is getting more real than surreal as the technology develops. And this is where I seem to have found my groove, my home, my little corner in the artistic landscape. After Runway launched their image-to-video tool, it just blew my mind and I went down a deep rabbit hole and have created a new cinematic AI piece almost every other day for the past few months. I initially saw many of these pieces as just experiments, but with some time to reflect, I am seeing them as having the potential of being relevant pieces of artwork to mark this time in the development of AI. In some cases, I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to create a similar piece again, since the tools I use are not in my control, but in the control of the AI platforms, who are constantly improving and evolving the tools. Given all of this, there is no better way to mark my place in time than on the blockchain. I truly believe that this body of work has the potential to be an important artifact of this era in AI and AI art. It is always hard to judge ones own work, but what I can do is permanently etch in time on an immutable public database saying that I created this. Only time will tell if the work has any value or is of any significance, but who created it and what was created cannot be disputed. I hope this gives you and especially collectors some perspective on the work I'll be releasing next week. I'm still very early in my artistic journey, but hopefully some of you will see promise in what I'm doing and maybe even put in a early bet on my art practice by bidding on a piece next week. Thanks to all of you who have supported me, taught me, advised me, been a friend to me. Much love and respect.🙏 ------------------------------------- CINEMATIC AI October 25, 2023 Marking on the blockchain, establishing historical provenance for a cinematic AI body of work. I hear so often from the Dommes I work with that they struggle with people online fetichizing them and simply seeing them for how sexy and beautiful they are. They project their fantasies and their desires onto you. That stops immediately once you move the attention from you to them. From 'look at me' to 'I see you'. What does that look like? When you create content, think of them and what this scene or that narrative is evoking. What will they learn from you? What they want is not to passively watch how sexy you are, but for you to train them, to give them instructions, to teach them, to guide them, to be in charge, to command them. This is not being an object but the main subject. The Authority figure. How is your content already doing that. The sexy photos can still be there, they are important to already capture des attention. But what you do with that attention once you have it, is where the power dynamic is established. Positioning yourself as more than a stunning Goddess, but actually a woman who has a voice, opinions, perspective, a philosophy, a way to doing things, teaching them what you like, how you like it, why you like it, already makes them want to be that for you. You hold the attention, you hold the power, so you direct it. And for that, you want them to know you get them and you know what lives within them... that creates the desire for you to be the one exposing it. You instantly build trust. Not because you demanded it, but because you earned it: you showed them you know what you are doing. You have experience, you understand them. They are not told to come see you, they are seduced into it. They desire it. And they will work for it. This will attract better clients (real subs) and instead of you trying to get their attention, they will work to earn yours. If you want to learn more about power dynamics, building a brand as a Pro or the psychology behind BDSM, you can now access all my trainings and classes in one place for a fraction of the cost of The Dominatrix Academy. And you can reinvest the total amount towards the Program. Message me [SECRET] for the details. This offer is not available on my website.

For months, I've been quietly building a prototype of something just because I want it to exist. Papyrus is a word processor, editor, proofreader, fact-checker, deep researcher, brainstorming partner, all in one. It takes your rough draft and helps you skip three revisions. Now I'm considering pivoting my whole team to build it out, but first, I need your vote. You email is your vote. LINK IN COMMENTS. I don't even care if you use some email you never look at and just use for sign ups. To me one email is one vote and says, go ahead and build this damn thing out and make it awesome. I built it because today's apps are the bloated dial-ups of writing (Word, GDocs). They've got a hundred freaking buttons I don't need and bury the ones I do need. Or they're AI marketing slop toys that promise to read my mind and pump out garbage. They just don't get the real work of writing and they don't get me. I want a clean, focused space with a real AI co-pilot. I don't need it to do the all the writing for me, just like I don't need Claude Code to do all the code for me. I want to work with it. I want a writing partner that acts like a full writing team on-call 24X7: proofreading, fact-checking, and running deep research in the background while I focus on the hard parts. I'm tired of cutting and pasting between a dozen tools so I started writing this thing. But won't the big guys just build something like this? Sure. But it will just bolt your ass into their ecosystem. Google Docs will force Gemini on you. Whatever office suite OpenAI pumps out will only use GPT. I want to use any model. Open or closed. They're commodities. The app is the thing. I want the best tool for the job, GPT-5, Kimi, Qwen, Claude, whatever comes tomorrow. I want a fluid, flexible workspace. I'm building this thing for people who've got critical thinking and who build, who don't want to outsource every damn thing to the machine. So if that's you and you believe this should exist, I really need your vote. Tell me to build it and I'll go all-in and make it a reality. Thanks for giving me a moment of your time.

This might be the best "AI Engineer" I've tried so far. I'm an old school developer who started 30 years ago. I feel very uncomfortable letting AI take control of my code, but for the sake of science, I spent two hours building an application that took me weeks to build a couple of years ago. I used Pythagora, a brand new tool backed by Y Combinator. They just released to the public. Keep in mind that I use AI every day to write code, but Pythagora is something different: it's a tool that leads, and uses you—the human—as the copilot. I go into more details in the video, but here is the TLDR; 1. Holy molly! We've made a ton of progress on this front! This is way better than Devin when I tested it a few months back. 2. Love the approach of generating a plan with sub-tasks before writing any code. 3. The tools never tries to do too much: it tackles every small task one at a time, and gives you instructions so you test everything. 4. It does exactly what you'd do when it gets stuck: writes a bunch of logs and uses those to correct itself. Pretty neat! 5. It's fast. It runs locally. It's an extension to Visual Studio Code. I'm impressed, but I don't think this tool is for me. I'm not the type of developer who's ready to relinquish control. I felt I had no connection with the code because I didn't write it. It was not my code. I know many people who don't care about this. I know many people who will get tremendous value out of Pythagora. I hope they keep pushing the limits, providing feedback, and helping this get to a point where old folks like me feel more comfortable using it. Don't take my word for it. The best thing you can do is to give it a try and see how you feel using it. Thanks to the team who built this, for all of the explanations and support, and especially, for sitting and listening to my dumb questions for 2 hours while I tested this.

“You're not entitled to get what you want. I love you. You're entitled to earn what you're willing to go work for. And that's true in our families, in our parenting, in our marriage, in our companies, in society. If we want it, go earn it. If that's positivity, have positivity. I think and I am a positive person. I am jacked. I am excited. Obviously, you can feel my energy through technology here, I hope. Frankly, think positive people just need to get a lot stronger. I really do. I mean, I don't want to call them weak because people hear that differently but it kind of is. Look, if you want that positivity to stick, you’ve got to get tougher. Not sacrifice your love and your care and your empathy, but you got to get tough. And then we have to figure out how to love the people who are cynical because I don't think there's a ton of bad people in the world and I don't think there's a ton of bad people on teams. But I do think there are people who've been burned out. I do think there are people who have been through things in their lives. They've been through things in their company. They're experiencing stuff somewhere else. For whatever reason, they just kind of got run down and cynical and negative, or whatever. Or they're just wired a little different than we are. And I don't to hate on those people. I want to win those people. They don't have to be like me. They don't have to have my energy. But I want those people on my team. I want to love those people. And if eventually they choose that they don't believe in the same things that I believe in, I want to make it really clear and obvious that they don't want to be on this team because we're not about that. You know what I'm saying? I want it to be very easy, obvious, that, ‘Hey I should not be on this team. Because this team is full of very positive people who have great energy and talk to people, not about them.’ And we solve problems. We don't complain. We don't get defensive. We're real. I recognize I'm imperfect and I'm vulnerable to show you that about me. I want to be on that kind of a team. And if there's somebody who doesn’t believe in that stuff, I want to make it really easy for them to say, ‘Look, I don't want to be on this team. I don't wanna live like you guys live. I don't want do what you guys do.’ And then I really hope that that person leaves us and goes and joins our competitor.”

Keegan Bradley says losing the Ryder Cup at Bethpage was the “darkest time of his life”. However, he also would love to do it again and “avenge that loss.” Speaking ahead of the Hero World Challenge, he said: “I have this like gaping hole in my career now that I don't know that I'll ever be able to fill. This isn't something that you lose the Masters, you lose a tournament, I'm going to work extra hard to get back and win. “Being the captain of the Ryder Cup team is not something you can work hard for, it's just something that's sort of elected on you. “I don't know. Of course I would love to do it again, I would love to avenge that loss, but that's not up to me. That's not up to -- I don't think that's fair for me to come out here and say that. “But I would love to do it again at some point. I don't know if that will ever happen, probably won't. I think if you ask any losing captain if they would like to do it again, they would all want another shot.” On what the weeks after the Ryder Cup were like for him emotionally, he said: “I mean, the darkest time of my life probably. I mean, I don't know how else to describe it. Certainly, definitely of my career. There's always this letdown after a Ryder Cup or Presidents Cup regardless of the outcome because the emotions are so extreme. It's Ryder Cup hangover and you're just exhausted and you're down, you know. That takes a toll on you. “But there's just, it just was, it just was a tough time. Still is. But to be honest with you, the last couple weeks I've felt more like myself. Getting back, getting ready to play tournaments, playing the Skins game, getting ready to come play here. “Really, it's been tough for all of us; not just me, the players as well. I feel like every time I see a player on the team here I want to just go give him a hug and sit down and chat. But I'm grateful for everybody. I'm in a unique position where I could make another team, which has never been done. I would love to do that.” What are your thoughts on this, would you give Keegan another shot at being Captain in 2027?

More moves to AI-first living. Got the Genspark browser that just came out. One thing I notice is that I like having separate browsers working on different tasks. I'm not a big user of MCPs, since I'm not really a developer. Are you? They have a store of a bunch of MCPs available to use. Most of my AI work is research related, or answering emails and scheduling things, I'm focusing more of my effort there. Genspark has been shipping a ton of stuff the past few weeks, from ability to make slides to a new AI secretary that can schedule things, or help you answer your emails. First I looked at, "does it make sense to move over to this new way of working?" The problem with that is you gotta learn a new browser. Well, it looks like Google Chrome, except it has a prompt window. Click the icons underneath it and you will see you can add X, Notion, Google stuff like calendar and gmail, or a variety of others. But the real power is just talking to it. I asked it what kinds of tasks it can do, and it answered: "Just tell me what you want to accomplish! For example: "Research the latest developments in spatial computing and create a presentation" "Analyze my Gmail for any important emails from this week" "Find information about AI robotics companies and create a spreadsheet" "Generate a video about emerging tech trends" "Help me plan a trip to CES 2026" And so further into AI-first living I go. Have you tried it yet? What do you suggest I do next to use more AI to run my life and build my business? I have another browser tab building a video for me. What a beautiful time to be alive. Download it at:

All these demo videos make HEAD SWAPPING with Nano Banana look so easy, but then you give it a try and you're like... uh... what? Why didn't that work? Here's what I've found. Nano Banana reads your image, almost literally, so if you write on the image, it reads the text. This is how Higgsfield AI 🧩 has capitalized on the tech: "Write on the image" and give it direction, right? Totally true, but you don't need Higgi to write on your image. Nano Banana will understand your direction regardless of where you write on your image. On one hand, Higgi is really smart, because they're hranessing the tech in a unique way, but the whole "Higgsfield's Banana Placement" is a bit of a misnomer. It's more of a "Banana Placement" and Higgi is just giving you a sort of basic Photoshop-type tool to work with (again, pretty smart), but the real tech is the Banana. 🍌 This is how I head swapped heads in Runway, but Nano Banana maintains the aesthetic qualities of your image almost perfectly, whereas Runway Reference spits out a very Gen-4 looking image. I like using Nano in Freepik (now Magnific), mainly because it's fast and I can get 4 gens at a time, and you need to gen a dozen times of so before you get a winner (most of the time). I was pumped when I saw Freepik introduce the @ reference feature, just like Runway has, but it doesn't seem to work for head swapping. My guess is because that's not really how Nano Banana tech works... ideally. Marco is the person I saw using this "A" and "B" method, back when Nano was on LM Arena, and man-oh-man, it just works... like a charm. You need experiment with how much of the face you blot out, and the angle and facial expression of your new head if you want the blend to be perfect. All of the results in this video are 100% Nano Banana. I did not do any Photoshop work to the images after the fact. I really hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions. I'm happy to help. And I'll keep posting videos like this if you guys find them useful. Let me know! And if you want more serious, one-on-one AI consultation you can throw something on the books here:
