Didn't they just reduce damage done to minions if you take either bumba item? You'd be reducing your lane clear by 20% all game just for faster buff clear speed? like not even cutting buff taking times in half and just making it harder to farm.

Supports need to start jungle items? Doesn’t that hurt them without the gold spool from the support starter items.

No, supports build selflessness or war flag. ADC starts bumbas, I didn’t show the point of view for supports cause they just do what the adc does 😃
