I’m pretty sure there’s a subset of your community lighting their torches and getting their pitchforks in response to you writing in a book. But I love it. Reading to create change vs reading to simply consume.

I do a similar thing with my Kindle. My highlights are synced to my note taking app. I revisit my highlights every other day and add any insights. This often creates different insights than I would have written down if I would write them down immediately.

Just ensure that it's a book you purchased (hopefully from Alex) and NOT a public library book. Signed with love, a librarian.

Of course, I only write in books I own!
