#1. Buying the information of the brokers clients such as DNC orders up and down along with past trading data is how they begin their algo programs! #2. Manipulate the algo to reach the weaknesses found in the majority of those clients trading data! #3. Keep shuffling money to those needed to stay away from their "private and manipulated data gathering". #4. Contain all disputes with the rigged illegal and constitutional violating arbitration MANDATE! #5. Laugh and spend the money! Did I miss anything KG? A: NOPE.

Stealing from investor is illegal by gaming the system, but without enforcement it can be very lucrative. Dark pools, and short selling with no over sight makes for a great business model. The 1%ers have been fleeting the masses since the beginning.
