I prefer my design tool to be more closely integrated with where my agents work. I spent a few hours building my own design tool (inspired by Claude Design) inside my orchestrator. I can use this with Codex, Claude, or any model. Opus 4.7 works best for now. Doing more tests.

Claude released a new design feature that's great for iOS app design. So I extracted the code and skills and turned it into a skill that can be used by any agent. Since Codex has comments and web preview built in... it works basically the same. (Oh and you can use claude 4.7 if you think it's better at design)

Wow very easy to create a Codex Site with a Convex DB that your agent can write to. You can make a todo list app that is hosted on Codex Sites, then tell Codex to make a skill that allows the agent to WRITE/EDIT to that todo list db. And then in any chat you can add to your list. Here's example.
