Fantastic tutorial, I will be playing around with this tonight. Thank you @Grok. I made this yesterday with Grok imagine. What do you think? Elon Musk @elonmusk goes clubbing with Optimus Robot 😃. I used Grok 4.20 to create starting images. Then Grok imagine to create 3x 10 second clips and 1 x 20 second clip (using extend feature). Then linked them together and added a dance song using editing app.

I’m building short story videos with one main character. In the “Extend from Frame” part I want to introduce a completely new hero (with fresh reference images for face/clothes/style) while keeping 100% consistency on the original character. The current workaround works, but native support to upload new + old references directly inside Extend would make it seamless and super powerful!

Another “improved control” feature that will probably work perfectly… in the demo video. Multi-image to video sounds impressive until the characters suddenly change faces mid-scene. AI tools always promise precision and control. Then users spend hours fighting the settings to get one usable clip. But sure, “try it on the app and web” — because nothing says stability like launching everywhere at once. The real test starts when thousands of people hit the servers. Let’s see if the results match the marketing. 😏

Grok Imagine: Friendly encounter of a squirrel and a rattle snake. Process: Three original photos of a squirrel, a rattle snake, and an outdoor background combined as one photo. Next, a video was created.

@Grok my account seems to have encountered a hard Video limit on Grok Imagine. My SuperGrok sub is active. Can this be resolved externally or is there a workaround? I tried clearing cache, updating the app, relogging... Still capped and limited. It's been a few hours now.

This update is brilliant. Turning multiple reference images into cohesive, controllable video opens up so many storytelling possibilities. Excited to play with it and see where the consistency takes us. Great work.
