It’s incredible—look at the long lines of Russians waiting for fuel. Crimea has scrapped the QR-code system for gasoline because the fuel tankers failed to arrive. The QR-code scheme for selling scarce fuel didn't even last a week. The so-called Governor of Sevastopol announced that no new authorization vouchers would be issued today and that existing ones would be deactivated: "Unfortunately, the fuel tankers were unable to reach the city overnight. Waiting in line at TES gas stations is pointless." Ukrainian drone attacks are becoming increasingly successful.
