How to VLOOKUP: Step 1. Type =VLOOKUP( Step 2. Select the lookup_value (the value to look up). Step 3. Select the range of data where the lookup_value is in the leftmost column. Step 4. Type the column number of the result. Step 5. Type FALSE for an exact match.
