I'm testing the game's modding limits, this was one of the fun experiments to how moddable the game is😅 and I'm surprised that it works.

Well, let's see what Sacrificial comes out with today about Paralives... Uh... What did I just see?

More seriously, I am wondering if there are limits to what is possible to do with Paralives x) (apart from creating another game of course)

So far I didn't face a limitation when it comes to script mods. Here are the things that I experimented with and have worked correctly. • Direct controls (Move with WASD) and First Person Camera toggle: Someone already released a mod for it: • Attach camera to any bone. (Extremely helpful to create cinematics with certain animations) • Adding a custom UI menu to the game, such as a menu with sliders & buttons to change various things. • Setting custom thumbnails for Parafolks/ taking in game photos for the thumbnails. • Direct Bone Manipulation. (As shown in this video) • Direct Face/Body manipulation instead of sliders in Para Maker. • Using mouse clicks/keyboard buttons to activate certain things in the game; such as playing an animation, starting an interaction etc... • Creating custom cheats. • Creating custom particle effects/sounds And many other things that can be achieved in the game's built-in modding tool. Given that the game is built with Unity, and uses C# there might be a chance to create a new game within Paralives... Such as a Superman mod where you press F to activate flight mode, and you'll be able to fly around using WASD and move the camera is pointed. Shoot laser by pressing a button, etc... The sims 4 was built on its own engine, with a lot of hard-coded elements, which made it extremely difficult to edit/create mods that are mentioned above.
